Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Haven and Harlow ships to all addresses within Australia. We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum spend required.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays. Haven and Harlow is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We are able to ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard shipping orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

At this time, Haven and Harlow ships to Australian addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified when this becomes available.
