Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We work with local suppliers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and exclude weekends and public holidays - we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- Victoria (VIC): 7-10 business days
- New South Wales (NSW), South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queensland (QLD): 9-12 business days
- Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS): 9-12 business days
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time, Haven and Harlow ships to Australian addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified when this becomes available.
